Shipping and Returns

What are my shipping options?

We offer free standard (3-7 day) shipping on all orders. Please note orders take 3-5 business days to ship.

 

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday during normal business hours excluding US Holidays. Orders will ship in 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number (Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking to be available). Pauline is not responsible for delays or issues once the order leaves our warehouse. Please note this includes packages lost after delivery. To ensure your package is delivered, please ship to an office or location where someone will be present to accept the order.

  

Do you offer international shipping?

We only offer Domestic US shipping at this time. 

 

Can I exchange my order?

To exchange an item, please contact us at info@paulineny.com to initiate a return and new order. Due to the limited number of dresses, we recommend ordering the size you want and then initiating the return process for the other item.

 

 

Can I return my order?

We gladly accept returns for all full-priced items purchased online for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please keep in mind that all returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please send an email to info@paulineny.com with your order number and we will provide a free return label within 24 hours.
